Diyet will be kicking off her CD release tour with a concert at the Yukon Arts Centre in Whitehorse, Yukon. Show starts at 8PM. Doors at 7PM.
Diyet will be performing songs from her debut album, The Breaking Point, with her band. The evening will open with “Special Guests” that will get your toes tapping and will round up with an afterparty at a local watering hole, location TBA.
Come out and celebrate with your Yukon aboriginal musicians!

We are currently planning a series of CD release concerts for the spring. So far we are looking at Whitehorse, Haines Junction, Yellowknife and Vancouver. Do you think we should have a show somewhere else? Let us know!

Hi All, What a trip! We are fresh from Vancouver – rockin the Olympic crowds, meeting new people, discovering new cultures and traditions. Of the highlights – and there were many – I have to say that playing Robson Square in the bright Vancouver sunshine and achieving a lifelong goal of meeting a Sami person from Scandinavia stand out as forever fond memories…oh…okay I have many more highlights: how about meeting the powerful and inspiring Maori/Polynesian group Soul Paua from New Zealand and being a part of the incredible Yukon First Nations show, “What the Land Remembers.”
There has never been a better time to be Aboriginal, to be from the North – hold on tight – the flame of culture and tradition is changing, it’s growing stronger and burning brighter than ever!
