So yesterday we had the bright idea to take the flip camera out on the lake and make a video. Okay, so it’s not Nat Geo and I do not own any filming equipment that costs more than 100 bucks but I’m happy with the final result. Note to self for the next filming adventure, make sure Husband aka, tripod, had windproof gloves to prevent frozen digits.
I woke up yesterday morning to the wind hammering against the walls of my house. Looking out the window I could have sworn it was to be a sunshiny warm day, except the trees were bent over sideways. As a Northerner days like this beg you to put on four layers of everything and go outside. Why we do this I don’t really know other than the two main reasons I do it. One: It’s fun to get blown around on the lake (numerous layers provide padding against inevitable falls) and two: it makes me really happy to feel so free.
